- ATAdrianna TaylorJan 5, 20261.0As you may know Subway has a rewards program and they currently have the “buy three footlongs earn another free” deal going on. I placed my order through the app for pickup at the location I always go to. This employee has never been very welcoming but because of convenience I frequent this location. When I arrived the employee told me this was the last time I could place a “zero order” and that I needed to go to another location. He said something about less meat but I could barely understand him so I wasn’t expecting my sandwich to be almost empty. This is unacceptable. If this specific location wasn’t participating in the rewards program it wouldn’t have allowed me to place my order using my reward. Furthermore my sandwich should’ve been up to par just like any other time I’ve ordered. I ordered the cold cut footlong which comes with three meats and as you can see this sandwich definitely doesn’t have three meats and is so thin. Just because it was a free reward doesn’t mean the quality shouldn’t be the same. I’m very disappointed. I will most definitely be taking his advice and switching to another location.

If you have kids definitely avoid this Subway at all cost because they are not kid friendly as you will be disrespected because of them. The man that was working today was so ugly to my sister and threw her out because she brought McDonald's inside for her kids even though she ordered food at this Subway location and frequents this location often. I will let everyone know to avoid this Subway completely. Very unprofessional.
