- JJJessica1 day ago1.0This used to be one of the best McDonald's in my area nowadays when you go in there, you will find the staff is serving lukewarm food and your order is always going to be made wrong. It's so sad to see the place go down because of poor service. I drive a little further to a different McDonald's now but it's worth my time and money service is everything when it comes to a paying customer like myself.

I know fast food restaurants typically struggle for staffing, it this one is particularly bad. It would be nice if they bothered with the local high school calendar cause you KNOW every other Friday night you have a crowd from football games but they insist on removing the fast out of fast food those nights. For me, it's an indication of mediocre leadership or ownership.

I just had a mobile order and when I got there, the food was cold and they did not give me one of my hash browns and my McGriddle. I will take partial responsibility for being in a rush and not double checking my bag. I rather just take the longer drive to a different McDonalds or to the Burger King across the street. Wasted time and money. If it weren’t such a drive already I would go get my money back for the other two missing items

This Mcdonalds is not up to standard with food, customer service and they refuse to answer the telephone to speak with customer after they take your money and not give you your correct food. A (F) in all categories. Don’t use this location you will be disappointed for sure. They discourage you from using the lobby to place your order.
