  Love Dutch bros ever since Tennessee Trip I had and was exited that they had opened a new location. Best drinks ever with lots of variety for everyone and for all the 1 star reviews you see here is basically them complaining about wait times but if Starbucks and dunkin have the same wait times. Would love for them to replace the 7 brew where I lived

  1st ⌛ timer, went through the drive through. Long wait but definitely worth it. Amazing customer service from Anna🏆 very informative made some great suggestions. We ended up getting ummm Brown cookie butter or something like that. FYI order this for a tween. She enjoyed it. I personally say this is definitely a spot for the kiddos. I prefer a wine drive through lol went to the window great service from Nadia🏆met with another amazing smile and bubbly personality. Great to receive amazing customer service. I would take my tween back again off there service alone. Oh yeah prices was fair . 7 bucks for a medium drinks.. sounds like ⭐💵 pricing .. lol

  Unfortunately, the long drive-thru wait alone makes me hesitant to return. The location itself is also difficult to access due to heavy traffic, which adds to the overall frustration. I’ve wanted to try more of what Dutch Bros offers, but it’s simply not easy to get when the wait exceeds 30 minutes. After finally reaching the window, I was told an item I had asked to remove was added by mistake. When asked if I wanted it remade, I declined because of the extended wait. Instead of a simple apology, I was told — somewhat nonchalantly — that she was the only one making drinks and there wasn’t much she could do about the delay. I understand being busy, but better communication and customer care would go a long way.

  I’ve been a regular at this Bill Gardner location since it opened, but the service speed has declined severely. Yesterday, I sat in line for 55 minutes. Today, I’ve already been waiting 40 minutes and am barely halfway through. The drive-thru design traps you, so once you’re in, you can’t leave—which is a nightmare if you have an emergency or need the restroom. The drinks are good, but they are not worth a wait of nearly an hour. Management needs to address this workflow immediately. For now, I would recommend avoiding completely until changes are made.

  Was excited to try the new Dutch Bros this weekend. I got in the drive through line, it appeared there were two lines so I imagined it would be a quick go. As I got up to the the two boys with tablets they were talking about which cars they had each already taken the order for. The side I was on was much slower as the other worker had already taken the orders of two cars behind me. By the time I spoke with him I had seen minimal signage showing a few featured items and no menu. Driving up the slow moving line I realized it was two lines rather they merged into one big line all going towards the same window. I got in the line with 20 minutes to spare for work and ended up 10 minutes late because they took so long. Coffee was a regular cup of coffee. $7.00
