Hopefully they will have a change in employs and put people in there that dont mind working or they will close the doors soon. We need a Krispy Kreme and Starbucks in the area anyway because this service Sucks period.

Parked my car and went inside to request another bagel. The young man at the register was very polite and apologetic. When I got home and took the bagel out the bag, it looked like the same bagel I returned except it was sliced. A few weeks prior, I ordered a bacon, egg and cheese bagel that was so tough I could barely chew it. Definitely will not be back to this location again.

I keep trying them because of the location but the last 2 times I ended up driving down to bill gardner and repurchasing another coffee. The workers spend most of the time talking to each other. Overall I would suggest hit another location on your commute.
