So I ordered the bacon, egg, bagel with hash browns and medium coffee. The amount was about $6.37. I then asked if they have military discounts. They said yes, thank you for your service. Then the total went up to $8.13. I then asked, how come after the discount it's more? She said the discount cancels out the $6.00 meal. So I clarified, " so with the military discount, I pay $2 more? She said yes. Not to sound ungrateful for them offering a military discount, which I appreciate the sentiment, but it ended up being a 27% military surcharge added on to my bill instead, defeating the purpose and thoughtfulness of the military discount concept.
