- DHDestiny HApr 14, 20265.0Every time Iāve tried my local Dutch bros, I never like it, but gave it another shot at this location while going to shop in the area, and my drink was delicious. Also managed to go when I was the only car in drivethru, so service was quick!

I not only come here for the great coffee I come for the connection Iāve connected on a pretty different level with the ladies that work here and Iāve come through that drive thru on some pretty rough mental days for me and I always have a smiling face staring back at me. Sometime who is just trying to do their job and spread positivity to the best of their abilities. The connections Iāve made here and the experiences Iāve had here are unmatched I feel like when I come here Iām seeing a friend and when Iām having a bad day I always think āgoing to Dutch bros would cheer me upā and it does every time Iām so happy Dutch bros is here so close to me on the east coast and Iām thankful for some of the sweetest people Iāve ever had wait on me thru a drive thru window. The difference these experiences have made for me are one of the many reasons I come here.

I parked and did the walk up window. The staff working were so friendly, polite and great with customers. Every single one of them. Highly recommend this place!!

Whats the purpose of doing a mobile & paying in advance, if theyre still gonna treat me like a walk-up customer who pays at the window? Ya gotta make it make sense! Better management skills needed! Because of this decision, customers have to wait 10-20 mins MORE. AFTER THE APP POST THE TIME YOUR ORDER IS SUPPOSED TO BE READY! UNACCEPTABLE šššš...Poor time management service. Do better....

I switched to ordering ahead because of this but it doesnāt change anything. I scheduled my order to be ready at 8:15. I got there at 8:05. And was still in line at 8:37. Didnāt leave until 8:42ish. Why not run my order out to me if itās supposed to be ready? I only had 1 drink. The line was not super long either, in the picture there was only two cars behind me. Overall, Drive thru needs to be done more efficiently. Nobody should be in a drive thru for half an hour. Especially, if there are less than 10 cars. Update: I got my drink and it was watered down! šš

We offer a free sticker, while supplies last, with every drink purchased on the first Wednesday of every month at all of our shops!
What is the difference between a shake and a freeze?
A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch FreezeĀ® is a blended coffee drink!

We accept cash, all major credit cards and Dutch Bros gift cards, Apple Pay, Apple Cash, Samsung Pay, Google Pay, Venmo, and PayPal! Be sure to check with your local shop to see if they accept personal checks!

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
