    I’ve tried to be patient with this location, but the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. I regularly order a simple iced dunkin latte with 3 cream and 3 sugar—nothing complicated, nothing unreasonable. Instead of just making the drink, I’ve been met with repeated attitude, comments, and outright rudeness from staff. I was actually told that my drink is “nasty” and that the manager doesn’t like them making it that way, and that employees could “get in trouble” for doing it. That is completely inappropriate. Customers should never be judged, criticized, or made uncomfortable over a basic drink order—especially one that’s clearly within normal customization options. If there’s truly a policy issue, it should be handled internally, not taken out on customers in a disrespectful way. What’s frustrating is that this isn’t a one-time interaction—it’s a pattern. It creates an environment where I feel unwelcome for simply ordering something I enjoy. I’m not asking for anything special. I just want my drink made correctly without being insulted or made to feel like I’m doing something wrong. Management seriously needs to address the professionalism of their staff and clarify their policies, because this experience is not okay—and it’s enough to make customers stop coming back

    Stop by here yesterday to pick up a DoorDash. They were friendly and welcoming. And had it already waiting. For me. Hot and and ready to go.

    They need to shut down and train. We ordered everything bagels and got plain bagels with a 1/2 tsp of cream cheese. Coffee was made wrong too. Just ridiculous!

    Look, I’m a WFH mom and I don't have time for bad service or mid coffee. This place is the real deal. The staff is so genuinely kind it’s actually refreshing.     I usually don't leave bad reviews, but the way we were treated a few mornings ago was really upsetting. My husband and I stopped by before work, and when our cards wouldn't process, the first employee was super nice and he explained that their system sometimes struggles with orders over $25 and asked if we had cash. The issue started when the manager stepped in. Instead of looking into the technical glitch, she was immediately dismissive and told me my card was just being declined for "insufficient funds." I tried to explain what the previous employee had told us, but she wouldn't listen and continued to argue with me, which was embarrassing and unnecessary since I knew my card was fine. She did eventually let us take the food "on the house" since it was already prepared, but she did so with a very rude attitude, telling me to "make sure my card works" next time. It’s disappointing to be spoken to that way over a technical error on their end, especially by the manager. I hope they can work on their customer service, horrible attitude, and system issues, but I won’t be returning to this location.
