  Employees were smoking weed outside and in the men’s bathroom. So thick with smoke I couldn’t even go in there. We were the only customers and waited forever for our food. Food was cold and stale. Worst experience at a fast food restaurant I’ve ever had. Someone from Wendy’s corporate should visit this place

  This location needs to be closed!! The WORST PART of my complaint is that my 6 year old got very sick after eating this food to the point of vomiting it all back up and not being able to eat anything else afterward. I absolutely hate our experience at this Wendy's on Panola Rd. in Lithonia, GA!! We waited to order and the entire staff was so unprofessional and rude especially the guy who took our order through the drive-thru named Henry, according to my receipt. He did not speak clearly, mumbling his words and speaking lowly. When asked if he could repeat himself he got an attitude, cutting us off as we ordered asking "what else you want." The other staff were having conversations amongst themselves completely ignoring customers who had actual questions. Then they told us to pull forward and wait, it took them another 10-15 minutes to bring our order out and WE WERE MISSING A BURGER!!! I just hate that we didn't drive off like my gut told me to, I was trying to practice patience, but I will NEVER EAT AT ANY WENDY'S AGAIN after this experience!!

  Every time I come to this Wendy’s, it’s for my grandson and each and every time we come, they NEVER have toys for the kids meal! They’re always out of SOMETHING! Will never return 🙄 Has happened 5 times too many for me
