  This was easily one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had. The lobby doors were locked, so I had to sit in the drive-thru line for 30 minutes. When I finally got to the speaker, I was told I had to pull to the side because they assumed I was DoorDash, even though it was my personal order. I waited… and waited… and no one ever came. I eventually had to walk up to the drive-thru window just to get my food. By that point, it was cold and clearly had been sitting for a while. On top of that, most of the staff I interacted with were rude and dismissive. like I was the problem for simply trying to pick up food I already paid for. The only bright spot was one employee who actually showed basic customer service and helped me. I understand fast food jobs can be stressful, but that’s not an excuse to treat customers poorly or ignore them altogether. This location seriously needs better management and accountability. I won’t be coming back to this location off Covington highway and I highly suggest you don’t either. If you want Wendy’s and have a decent experience go to the one off of panola road, they are 10x better. Better attitudes, and better customer service, and the food is actually good. Not this one.

  I've never heard of any fast food restaurant saying they are not longer taking orders. Whoever owns this Wendy's need to be present more often because the night crew is HORRIBLE!!!
