  I recently had a frustrating experience at Tropical Smoothie Cafe. I placed an order and sent my 10-year-old granddaughter inside to pick it up while I waited right outside the door. When she went in, she was told the order would be ready in 2–3 minutes. After waiting about 20 minutes with no update, I went inside myself. At that point, I saw the order had already been sitting on the counter. Then I was told the order still needed a drink, which they began making. Immediately after, the employee changed the explanation and said it was an Uber Eats order and that an adult is supposed to come inside to pick it up. That was confusing because: My granddaughter has picked up orders from this same location multiple times over several months without any issue. If that were truly the policy, it should have been communicated upfront when she first came in, not after a long delay. This felt less like a policy issue and more like the order was overlooked during a busy time, and instead of acknowledging the delay, the explanation kept changing. Mind you there was a little boy around the same age as my granddaughter who they served with no adult present right before my granddaughter. I understand places get busy, but clear communication and accountability go a long way. This experience could have been handled much better.

  GREAT FOOD and GREAT SERVICE. I really enjoy going to this location. The staff is always so kind. I have literally always gotten fresh hot food and they’ve never messed up my smoothie. seriously after a long day that kind of customer service really sits with you. Definitely will only be going to this location from now on.

  Stopped by to grab something quick and was greeted by the wonderful staff as soon as I stepped in! They always have a clean and welcoming atmosphere. The owners were patient and explained the new menu items thoroughly. Was a pleasant experience and will definitely try to stop by more often!

  While going to store we noticed this location was celebrating a milestone. I had been in this location once before and enjoyed myself so we figured we would see what the celebration was about. We were pleasantly surprised they were celebrating their three years anniversary. As usual the food and service was outstanding, everyone I spoke to greeted me with a smile. I can't wait until these owners open another location

  Oh how I wish I had a photo, I thought I would run in and out, but the service was horrible. It was like being at McDonald’s working with young people is very difficult. There was no greeting when I walked in the door. I saw them fixing smoothies and other food items without gloves and they were so rude. I decided not to spend my money in this place, it’s crazy because this was my second time in this establishment but no worries I went right across the street and got the best service.
