  I ordered a smash burger and they gave me a cheese burger. I sent it back to be remade and they still sent a cheese burger out with just the smash burger sauce .

  Service is very slow. Burgers were burnt and, despite showing that the food was burnt, waitress was not happy about my complaint or my request for a replacement. Cheddar poppers had little cheese. Would not recommend eating here I will not be returning.

  Service wasn't a problem not the atmosphere. The food I give the pass but what I had a problem with was the trademark on the drinks. I had a strawberry slush and added extra and probably got half the normal serving and no extra that was charged. Smh I went to ask what was the deal cause I had just slush hardly any flavor The answer I got was the syrup for slushes and drinks are diluted for food cost. They knock the value of the Sonic drinks. Understanding the raising of prices with the people paying the changed prices and taxes. We should be able to get what we pay for.

  The service is crap ….especially the lady with the pink hairs is rude and unresponsive…the management need to fire her and hire someone who is good at customer service

  Please do me a favor and close down. The employees are rude and slow. It would be nice if management wouldn’t put all the useless people on the same shift. I won’t be back… the food isn’t good enough to have to wait forever for it. The staff is truly inadequate!!!
