  The place was filthy! From the windows to the drink machine to the restrooms. With the poor toilet flushes and to hair and stains on the restroom sink, I decided I wasn't eating from here. The whole place is a bit dated and needs a remodel. The whole place needs to be pressure washed for sure. I was afraid of catching something or a bug dropping in my food. Its a ploom of thick dust on the light fixtures! The furniture seating area by the fireplace had slash marks on the seats. Corporate should have a team to deep clean each store every month. Plus anywhere there is a stove or a grill, should be tile or have a splash guard around the entire unit! Stain on the walls though? Smh! If they are too busy, if Store manager should have the ability to call for help for the upkeep of the store! Ijs. This visit was terrible.

  literally by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. I showed up as a mom of 3 very little kids with me, not wanting to cook tonight. Stopped by around 7pm for dinner and there was a long line. Only one person on cashier. I finally get my order taken and a lady interrupts me to speak to a manager and the girl working cashier basically ignored her. People piled at the pickup station. After waiting 30 MINUTES trying to keep my children contained I grab my bag as I was told it was ready and confirmed everything was good. Yes I should of checked the bag but it now was 8pm and I had a 20 minute drive home. A whole hour waiting in line and to go at Panera. I get home and I wasn’t given my baguette’s, my cookies and my Italian sandwich somehow became a Tuscan salad?!?! I asked for a whole sandwich and was given half. And the broccoli cheddar soup was lukewarm and watery! The worst part is I was given hot water instead of hot chocolate!!!! goes to show I didn’t touch/drink eat anything till I got home. On top of it all the place was DISGUSTING. I really should of just left and said oh well I’m cooking or went somewhere else. Trays and trash stacked at trash cans. Sticky floors. Toilets clogged in bathrooms. I will NEVER be back to this location.

  This place needs a good scrubbing. The Bathroom, lobby, tables, walls, drink dispenser, condiment holder, and the windows were all nasty. There were also out of white bread, turkey, and a few other things. Could be much better if they would CLEAN!!

  Food cold. Out of almost everything. Will need to go to McDonald's for better selection. Not worth the price what was charged. Came in at 830pm with out saying a word looked like we where being kicked out so they could close. Close this location.

  Nastiest Panera I have ever been to. Place is very old and dirty. Female cashier had the worst attitude of a fast food worker I have ever experienced. Gave me the wrong food and wouldn’t refund me or remake the food. They do have a fireplace lol
