I’d understand more if the restaurant was busy at the time, but it was not. I had to wait extra time to the side and still my order was wrong. I had no time to go back out once I got home and realized. Also trying to talk to Wendy’s Customer Service Advocate is useless since it seems like you can’t get anyone on the line. So make extra certain to check your orders. Now let me go back to wiping off ketchup off one burger and imagine the taste of a tomato and lettuce for the other one.

They were out of items, were slow to take orders and totally unfriendly at the window. Whoever was working the drive through on Sunday Dec 1st at 12:15 should NOT be taking orders. I would be overly skeptical about her even cleaning the store. A very unpleasant and unappealing young woman. . Hopefully, Wendy's can work on training her better. 🙏
