I ordered drive thru pick up. I had to wait on my order. One sandwich was so dry you could choke on it. The other sandwich was much better until I found myself chewing on something that wasn't supposed to be there. I pulled a damn bread tag out of my mouth....a black bread tag. I'm over it! About to stop eating off Panola Rd PERIOD!!! I Could have taken that $25 and went in Publix and grabbed some chicken from the counter.....disappointed.....I wonder what else falling in people food 😡

This Wendy’s was a complete mess. I ordered on the kiosk, and there wasn’t a single person inside besides me — yet it still took forever to get my food and it was cold! The floors were sticky, like they hadn’t been cleaned. On top of that, they were out of almost everything and only had lemonade products to drink. The workers were just standing around looking like they didn’t want to work. Absolute waste of time — I’ll never be back.

The best customer service. I had to pay them a personal compliment for their service and kindness. It was like the old days of service with a smile. Go to this location and experience it for yourself. The young gentleman taking our order was polite and patient. He smiled when we pulled up to pay. That's when I told him his customer service was great. Yep, I am the one who will drive to a certain location for great service. I like to be treated a Cera way when I am parting with my funds. Keep it up. Train others and be blessed.

A guy named Edgar took my order smash young guy. He was very friendly and polite and Justin had me my food. He made sure everything was correct before I pulled all overall great customer service in those two guys needed recognition so I wanted to make sure they received it
