Upgraded my combo to a large fries. I made it to my destination come to find that I was given a totally different order they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich when I specifically told the person no Spicy food. My large fries was not a large. I waited in line for 10 min just to get the wrong food. Top that off me not being able to eat the spicy sandwich I was only able to eat fries. Bad for business. Waist of money. I was disappointed to the max and hungry.

They had a spoonful of crumbled meat, they were loaded with tons of multicolored beans which were undercooked and crunchy and chili itself was as thick as mud. I called and spoke with manager Ronika who didn't even offer an apology or try to resolve the issue instead I suggested that I bring them back for a refund which she agreed to. On the other hand, I decided to trash them and do business with others when out and about. It was the cold reception for me and I won't do business with any Wendy's here on out!
