  I made a mistake and ordered a coke instead of a cola champagne and they didn't allow me to exchange for what I wanted.

  The staff is always courteous and pleasant. I go so often they know me by name and know exactly what I want. My co-workers are always me to give them my food. Eventually bought a pan of jerk chicken and a large pan Festival. Needless to say that was the first food to be finished at the party, and was told to always bring that for parties from now on. Anyone reading this should visit for themselves and partake in the scrumptious food and if you like a little spice, ask for the jerk and mango hot sauce ( only for the brave of hearts). Enjoy and support our Jamaican Culture. It is well worth the trip there.

  The escovitch fish reminds me of eating fish at the beach in Jamaica so fresh and well cooked.

  The conch fritters and saltfish fritters with that mango sauce is a hit 😋. The jerk pork & jerk chicken is always a fave.

  As we arrived, I noticed they had their own small parking lot. We found a spot quickly and headed inside. The interior had a tropical design, and everything looked super clean. We walked up to the counter and saw a sign highlighting online or phone orders, but I asked and confirmed that you can also order in person. I scanned the QR code for the full menu and noticed they also had it posted behind the counter. We weren’t ready to order yet, so we let the person behind us go first. After his quick interaction, the staff member behind the counter stepped away for about 10 minutes, which we later realized was to handle his take out order. When she returned, we placed our order. Wifey went with the medium Brown Stew Chicken, and I ordered the medium Curry Chicken. She told us it would be about 5–10 minutes, so I set a timer on my phone. While we waited, we enjoyed authentic reggae music playing in the background, and I noticed a steady flow of people coming in to order and pick up. We waited… and waited — it ended up being closer to 30 minutes before our food was ready. We scooped up the to-go bag and headed home. While driving home the good smell of the food was filling up the car. Once home, we unpacked and started digging in. I was impressed from the 1st bite, the chicken was seasoned well and tasted great. When I first opened the carton, I was also impressed by the portion size, but as I started digging in, I realized there wasn’t as much chicken as it initially looked. Some of the pieces were bony, so the ratio of rice and peas to chicken leaned heavily toward the rice and peas. Wifey, on the other hand, said her chicken was meatier and just as tasty. Overall, the staff was pleasant, the space was spotless, and the food was flavorful. Although the portions were a bit uneven and the wait was longer than expected, it was still a pretty good experience. We’ll most likely try them again, but next time, we’ll order ahead and pick it up to offset the wait time. 3.5 Rating
