    I will never buy from this Subway again. I won't support a business that talks to its customers disrespectfully and fleeces them. In my experience, this Subway location consistently disrespects its customers and applies rules inconsistently. On one occasion, I presented a coupon that clearly stated “one sandwich per coupon,” and the store refused to honor it as written, making up their own rule instead. On another visit, I asked for extra tuna on my sandwich. The employee insisted that two extra scoops would cost more than $8.00 — a price that felt excessive compared to standard Subway portions. I did not mind paying for the extra food and even tipped nearly half of that amount because I value supporting workers, but the repeated disputes over pricing and portions left me frustrated. This is the third time I’ve experienced a disagreement over charges or policies at this location. There is always some small print or arbitrary variation in how food is portioned and priced compared to other franchises, which follows corporate policy more closely. Why do I experience this treatment on Panola Road and not in Johns Creek or Cobb County. How is it that customers in those places can use their coupons and I can't in my neighborhood? Why not? I believe customers should expect consistent, fair treatment wherever they spend their money. At this location, I felt coned and undervalued as a customer. Potential visitors should be aware and prepared to advocate strongly if they want policies to be applied fairly. Go elsewhere - there are Subways within a few miles of each other. This behavior and treatment makes us all valueless - we have to put it to a stop. Stop fleecing us.

    These new workers now are horrible, never listen to what you want and always make the smallest subs ever. I will never do online ordering at this location.

    Great customer service! Didn’t had to wait too long. Line was moving fast. All the ingredients were looking fresh! And Finally subway removed the cover from meat side where we are able to see meats options. Loved this location and will definitely recommend.
