I placed an order through the app for delivery @5:37… ETA was 6:02-6:10 while watching through the app the times kept changing so I called to see what was going on and was placed on hold for 10 mins then they hung up the phone so I called back and asked for the manager someone picked up the line laughing and said manager speaking but I stated that it sounded like the same girl that answered and placed me on hold immediately asked for refund bc at this point it’s now been 1 hour and 22 mins. I wasn’t given a confirmation number or email stating refund details… SO I REPEAT DON’T ORDER from this location unless you’re ordering carry out. I will be contacting corporate to escalate this issue. Seems as they are playing around rather than making sure orders are being taken care of in a timely manner!!!
