When I got to it being my turn she looks at me with an attitude and said " you picking up" I was confused. No I said and she proceeded to ask me what I want and be rude. I dont know what her issue was but I watched her greet and be kind to everyone else. As a young women I expect to be treated with kindness. One top of that one of the older ladies wanted a muffin or something and she told her they weren't fresh and they in fact everything behind the glass look old and moldy. Panera has fallen and fallen extremely hard.
