The service was fast, I went through the drive through and both the cashier and the young lady at the food window were polite. I was asked to wait for my food in a parking spot and this is where they got me. Kimmie comes out with my food but she also has all the sauces with her on a tray. I didn't have time to mention I wanted bbq sauce at the food window so it was cool that Kimmie had them with her. I don't know who's idea it was to do that but small things like that get major points with me.

I’ve sat at the drive-thru speaker for 15–20 minutes with no response, repeatedly saying “hello,” only for someone to finally come on the speaker with an attitude. While the food is sometimes fresh, it does not make up for the extremely poor service. Fast food is supposed to be fast, and this location completely misses the mark. Expect to spend close to an hour here, which defeats the entire purpose of coming to McDonald’s. Customer service is very inconsistent—some employees are kind, but many are rude and unprofessional, especially when customers have been waiting far too long just to place an order. McDonald’s is known for prioritizing speed and efficiency, and this location does neither. This has been a consistent issue every time I visit, not just a one-off bad day. I would strongly recommend going to the McDonald’s on Harrison instead, where the service is much better.
