  This is the worst Checker's I've every been to. They sell old food .It was 11:20a in the morning and they sold me old burgers from days before. Food should be fresh especially when the store is 1st open. Never again....This place needs to CLOSED immediately.

  came yesterday from North Carolina on a road trip with two of my friends. two of us had never been to checkers so this was a quick and easy decision for us to make to come here. we all placed our own individual pickup orders, gave them time to prepare them and headed to the restaurant. upon our arrival we were notified that a menu change was coming in a week, so some of the items that were offered in the app aren’t currently available. two of the three people in our group had ordered this item for 4.99. the items not being available was not the fault of the employees, however, there was no refund or substitute offered. when one of the people in our party asked if they could replace the item with something that STILL would’ve cheated them out of .99 cents, the worker said “i don’t know about that.” mind you again, they didn’t offer any replacement or refund, and just informed us that they couldn’t make this one item. they gave one friend a $2 item, and another friend a $1 item. if i’m doing my math correctly, that’s a $6.98 loss total and in this economy? crazy and unacceptable. we didn’t complain, just let it go. the employee clearly had an attitude about being asked to compensate for the missed item. we checked our bags at the window, and everything was correct, however we were missing sauce that was ordered and PAID for. we sat at the window for about three minutes waiting to be acknowledged, and nothing. i politely blew the horn to get someone’s attention, and again they had an attitude. we asked one person for sauce, he walked away irritated, to which someone else came to the window and asked us if the sauce came with it. the sauce that we paid for? that was on top of the receipts before you can even see the food? in between items not being available at all on the app, then items that are “available” on the app that then aren’t available, and unnecessary attitudes this was not a great first experience, and we absolutely will not be returning to this location

  Ordered a bacon Swiss Buford and the staff wanted to tell me the bbq bacon burger is the exact thing but with bbq n that's what I meant to order. If I wanted bbq on my sandwich I would have ordered the bbq bacon Buford. So yeah I made a post. I just want them to slow down and listen to the customer and not assume we don't know what we talking bout or want. I love checkers but this really disappointed me for a min. I don't even like bbq sauce not to mention my fires were cold n I couldn't eat my sandwich cause it's drenched in bbq sauce. Not happy just went home n ate noodles.

  I went to get me lunch at checkers on panola road. The bread is soggy I have lettuce in my chili WHY these must have been made and sitting for the bread to be soggy someone is cross-contamination with food come on.lettuce on chili dogs tried to call because I was at work to see if they could replace my order but the phone number that is at this location hangs up when you call the number.
