As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

The bread is soggy I have lettuce in my chili WHY these must have been made and sitting for the bread to be soggy someone is cross-contamination with food come on.lettuce on chili dogs tried to call because I was at work to see if they could replace my order but the phone number that is at this location hangs up when you call the number.

The service rep was friendly and quick with our order but when arrived home we were quickly disappointed to learn both of our chicken sandwiches were not fish sandwiches which is what we ordered. I attempted to call the location at least twice that evening but the call did not go through. Paying for something and not getting it is disappointing to say the least.
