  So I just worked 12 hours and I just got off work came to Bojangles. I come here all the time and this time I bought a Cajun chicken biscuit got halfway home bit into it was hot spicy good taste, but it was still frozen. I called the store. I brought it back. They said they’re gonna fix me another. Then one of the girls came to my car and said it’s done to her and I should know if my food is done or not. I don’t even want it but because I paid for it and they’re not offering a refund I’m waiting on another chicken biscuit so she waste her time to come out and tell me about my taste and what I know if my food done or not.

  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! (& I patronize this location often!) Drive thru was blocked off, so I placed my order with a live person in the parking lot: 8 pc dark & biscuits - $27+ Paid for order & was directed to wait BEHIND the building - biscuits not ready... there were already at last 2 other cars waiting. Waited 15 minutes - order brought to me - I left (yes, without checking the order - shame on me!) Got all the way home (15 minutes) - TOTALLY WRONG ORDER! Called restaurant - spoke to Christopher, Manager. Returned BACK to the restaurant drive thru. Hostess hands me the order - no coupon, no complimentary side or dessert - nothing offered for the inconvenience. So I asked for my order to be comped and/or a discount applied. She brought Christopher, Manager to the window - he said he couldn't give me a discount and/or refund & that he had to call the GM. Long story short: I told them to keep the chicken & just give me a refund - that too became a CRAZY exchange - I could hear the GM on the phone adamantly refusing the refund. After a few choice words, I DID finally get the refund & have added yet another neighborhood restaurant to my "no fly" list. We don't have a lot of eatery options on this side of town, but oh well, good service REALLY matters & I choose to speak with my money!!!
