As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I asked for extra mayo and they charged me .10¢ for something most other restaurants don't! The poor little guy that was waiting on me was very fearful acting because I asked if he'd heard me ask for extra mayo! He made a big deal out of it saying that he didn't want to lose his job! Really! Over what! Mayo!This made no sense to me! I told him that he needs to shake his slave mentality, no one would fire him over mayo! His attitude was so dumb! I will not be returning!

The order was taken by AI it was accurate once we got to the window. There was a short wait for the food, so I expected it to be hot and fresh. The food was warm, the quality was surely lacking, but the staff was cordial.
