  I ordered a sausage and biscuit meal. I got up to the window and I asked the lady can she add on a sausage and biscuit and she got an attitude. She started blowing and huffing because I asked her to add on a sausage and Biscuit. I mean, what’s the problem that’s is your job. I want my money back and corporate office will be hearing from me.

  My wife and I just came for sweet tea and fries. I wish all locations were just as good but they are not. But location was pretty good even the chicken we had in the past.

  They have a 100 sanitation grade! Alway a plus but the wait for the food is awful I only ordered a 6 piece chicken supreme but I have been waiting on them to go hunt shoot and pluck the chicken b/c how and why should it take that long for a simple order and it’s always during the week. Breakfast wait usually isn’t bad on the weekends. If you have somewhere to go don’t come here! Do Better !! The prices have surpassed chick fil a but the service doesn’t compare! Stay woke .

  Spent over $50 for a 12 piece family meal just for the chicken to look like it came from a pigeon. The drumsticks were so dry and tiny. Wait time was ridiculous. Never again won't be back.

  I didn’t like my experience this morning, and it was because of how rude that manager was. She was the dark skinned , wide hip lady standing in the window with the drive thru cashier this morning. I don’t usually eat at BOJANGLES at all , but I wanted something different outside of the usual breakfast places , so I decided to give them a try. I ordered something, just to realize it was cheaper to order it as a combo. The manager had the worst attitude and made the ugliest faces like she was annoyed bc I simply changed it to a combo. Common sense would have been her recommending it to me in the beginning, instead of being nasty about it! Customer service goes a long way , and this is why I don’t eat here to begin with!
