  PLEASE PLEASE PLEASEEEE DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I repeat DO NOT!!! They are UNSANITARY and they act like it’s a crime to ask them to do their job and get a LID for you drank and to ask to PUT ON GLOVES when making your food!!!

  Food was greasy so that means it had been sitting for a minute, it wasn't hot. But I like their steak biscuits.

  Went to this Bojangles for a kid menu for my daughter. They didnt have much left at 9.30pm. I didn’t heard the price of the menu well. She didn’t announced how much I had to pay when i was in front of the window, she just took the card. I was surprised to see a big bag. After giving me the bag she stood up there just looking at me. Turns out i was charged $44 and she forgot the drinks! It was late from my job and I was tired. I only realized everything once I got home. Honestly forgetting drinks in a fast food are inexcusable at this point. It should be the first thing you hand over to people. That’s your job. And please tell us how much we are charged before we give you the card cause sometimes we don’t hear. I only wanted a small menu for my daughter and I was charged way too much!

  On April 17, 2026, I visited your establishment to place a takeout order for breakfast, specifically a biscuit and grits. I inquired about the size difference between the bowl and cup options for the grits to an employee whose name appeared as Cedketa on my receipt. Her response was, "listen to yourself, do you realize what you just asked me," delivered with an expression that suggested my question was unreasonable. I clarified that my intention was simply to receive an answer to my question, not a critique of its relevance. I then rephrased my inquiry, asking for the ounce measurements of both the large and small grit portions, a question she was unable to answer. I found her demeanor and conduct to be highly unprofessional. Following this interaction, she moved to an area near the drive-through window, out of my direct view, with my grits. Due to concerns about potential tampering, I opted not to take the grits. Additionally, when I requested two packets of grape jelly, she placed them on the heating unit and walked away without further engagement.

  We got in the drive thru line at 8:47, placed a mobile order cause they were slammed. The lady tells us at the speaker we can only pick up mobile order inside the store. We after nearly 15 minutes in the line, I head in. Waiting in line and everything is running smooth. I mention to the lady at inside we have a mobile order and she just says "okay, hes coming to you." Nobody asks what the name is or anything. I tell the expediter a few times what the order is and the name. The other customers are extremely irritable and some are stating it's been over 25 minutes. The staff are getting into it in front of us because the expediter is randomly choosing what orders go out instead of in order. Calls order 49, 42, two mobile orders. All the while the man for order 37 is still waiting for 2 biscuits. The lady making the biscuits was doing great and had all the food hot and ready while the remaining staff helped to get new bo-rounds and fries out. We finally get our order picked up at 9:42. Couldn't wait to get out.
