  HORRRIBBBLEEE I LITERALLY SAT IN THE DRIVE THRU 20 MINUTES THERE WAS O LY 4 CARS IN FRONT OF ME THEY R RIDICULOUS NEVER AGAIN

  Don’t recommend. I live right across the way and have opted out of eating here for a number of reasons. They never have a line. I went in today at 1:45pm and I was served cold food. I didn’t receive a receipt during ordering . I didn’t even leave counter with the old food they bagged up, but still faced with a hard time to get my money back. Now I see why they rarely get business. Just THROW THE WHOLE STORE AWAY !!! The workers are trash , food is trash customer service is HORRIBLE!!!! Never again.

  At this point, just shut the whole place down. This Wendy’s has been awful since they opened. I thought “hmm maybe!” NOPE! Never again! They can’t even get the order right. They’re rude. They always are “waiting on fries”. And always need you to pull up to wait on something.

  At the window after paying for my food im owed $6.43 in change. The 2 girls at the window say. "We aint got no 43 cents" in a very matter of fact way. I say "ok, what are you saying"and am informed i will only get 6$ back and not my 43 cents. I inform them if thats whats happening just to round me up at give me a dollar so its in my favor and not yours. She laughs histerically and says again " we aint got no 43 cents". I push the issue out of principle and she begins to laugh even more histerically with the girl next to her. They are both exhuding this -i cant be fired and am invincible energy-. I pull out of the drive through walk inside and cancel my order after having to explain that over 43cents i will have to involve law enforcement. Eventually after 10 or15min inside the manager ASHTON who seems to have no power over these women finally is able to refund me after calling his boss. They are all heavily strung out.

  I try so hard to give this place my business and at least we can get a smile out of these people that work behind these counters. Just a smile. Maybe some good service and maybe some food to order would have made correctly but maybe a smile
