Staff was friendly. I dislike coming to Jimmy johns honestly because I think its crazy the rules they have with some things like this location could not toast my sandwich if I got a little john like why not so I got the next size up. But that was alittle irritating especially since I have 3 kids who like different things.
Freaky slow. Ordered online for delivery ahead of time and it took over 1hour and 15 min for the food to arrive. Called the store and they told me “sorry it’s out of our control uber is delivering”. I order the food through their app, expecting that it would be more efficient. When it arrived it was past my lunch break and had to eat in between tasks. The food was cold and soggy (it was a toasted sandwich).

I was impressed with Jimmy John's back in the early 2000s when they first came to the metro Atlanta area. The sandwiches were so huge and filling, it was impossible to eat a regular sub in one setting. They worked at that time to provide a great value and a gourmet experience.
I currently live less than five minutes from Jimmy Johns and am now officially done with them. They are in my opinion nothing but a scam. The little john is a joke. The meat portions are so skimpy that they should just call it a mini veggies sub. Even the regular subs are often thrown together and lack the main event of the sandwich which is the meat.
There is a Jersey Mikes that I had overlooked 3 minutes farther, and from now on I will patronize their brand. While the overall taste of the meat is not quite as good as JImmy John's, the consumer service is consistently superior- all the time, and the sandwich is a great value for the price. Shame on you Jimmy Johns' for now holding the title as the biggest rip off sub chain. Greed, plain and simple.

We got food here to eat during a hike at Sweetwater, and it was delicious, as Jimmy John's almost always is. My tuna sub was great and was just what I needed for my hike.

Concern Regarding Drive-Thru Experience – February 21 at 12:00 PM
I am writing to express my disappointment with my experience at the drive-thru on February 21 around 12:00 PM.
The employee working the drive-thru had a very unpleasant attitude. He was sighing loudly and appeared visibly irritated when I began placing my order. As a customer, I simply wanted to order a sub, and his behavior made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.
Additionally, I waited approximately 30 minutes just to place my order. After experiencing both the long wait and the employee’s negative attitude, I no longer even wanted the sub.
I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should not feel as though they are inconveniencing staff by placing an order. I hope this matter is addressed so future customers have a better experience.
