I realized something was off with the food, so I just did not eat it and stopped to this Wendy's, to show the staff that I did not eat the food because it was not good. The shift manager Amaya immediately asked me, what do I want in replacement of it? And I told her just a sandwich nothing else but then with me being honest to let her know that the food was from another Wendy's, she said that she needed to call her manager. Once she finished the call with her manager, whose name is Theraze. She told me that she could not replace my food because it was from a different Wendy's. Initially, she never even asked me for a receipt or location. She was just going to replace the food. But then came back and said, I cannot replace a sandwich, poor customer service. I see why this Wendy's has poor ratings. A freaking sandwich replacement 😩
