So why have a phone number if your not gonna update the number so your customers can call and tell you their orders are not right and try to get a refund my caramel frappe with oreos and extra caramel drizzle wasn't done right barely even has orders or extra caramel in it this is ridiculous.... And I asked for my fries to have no salt so therefore they would be fresh and they have salt on them and THEY ARE OLD AND MY FOOD IS COLD AS HELL!!!!This pisses me off that I spend good money on food that's old and cold it's sad how lazy and disrespectful people are nowadays. And ridiculous how businesses don't care how they represent themselves it really is....

I patiently waited 30 minutes all for them to say nothing, when I pulled back around to see what was going on I was told it still wasn’t in service. Manager or whomever she was cause nobody was saying anything got mad when I asked for a refund. Trash employees. Trash service. 0/10.

And the menu board was not on so when I was trying to make my order I was not greeted with "thank you for choosing McDonald's! Will you be using your rewards points?" She kept repeating "How can I help you?" Like I can see the menu board
