    I recently visited McDonald’s and ordered a Big Mac meal with light lettuce and light mayo. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t start well the food took far too long to arrive. When I finally received my order, the Big Mac had no sauce at all. I went back inside to have the issue corrected, expecting they would make a fresh burger. From basic food-handling standards, once a customer returns food, it should be discarded and remade, not refurbished. Instead, I watched the staff take the same burger I brought back and “fix” it by adding what was missing. This was definitely disappointing and left me questioning the quality control and food-safety practices at this location. A simple remake could have turned the situation around, but instead it added to the frustration.

    I like this location because they are fast and the food is always good. I even went in one time because I asked for a plain cheeseburger and it wasn't. They just gave me another one and even an extra and the girl was so sweet. Yes this one is pretty good.

    Good lawsuit. I bought McDonald monopoly items and they didn’t come on there and I called 11 times so now money money money moneeeyyyyy… nobody said they didn’t have any pieces. So that’s taking away for a chance for me to win. Thanks for promoting something you don’t have they should have said something. I called no answer.

    I came in late at night around 12:30am. There was a long line and the girl who was running the register said rhe girl handing out the food would give me my receipt. A little weird but I figured they’re busy maybe that’s their system. Nope the girl at rhe window was looking frazzled and had no idea where the recipcet was. She said it’s not in the bag. I said no and she went to the back. Her and the managers went off to the side and hide there for 5 minutes until one of the managers came to window and said it’s not working and slammed the window. Poor service and extremely RUDE! The fries were not salted and the food just tasted bland even rhe dog didn’t want the leftovers.

    I experienced an ongoing issue with the McDonald’s mobile app on Friday, October 24, 2025. After placing my order, the app began buffering, displayed an “oops” error, and prompted me to try again — which caused my card to be charged twice. I went back to the restaurant, but the manager stated they couldn’t issue refunds and told me to contact the app support team. I reached out through the app, and support confirmed the issue while stating they also notified the restaurant. This is now the second time this has happened, and the management team at this location has not been helpful or professional in resolving it. The afternoon staff often show poor customer service when issues occur, which is disappointing. I would appreciate it if McDonald’s Corporate or a resolution team could review this matter and take steps to ensure better customer support and accountability at this location. I want to speak with someone ASAP!!!
