I only go there because my 19 year old wanted something. As I was in the drive-thru, I saw trash on the ground outside of the back door, as if they were items dropped as someone went to the dumpster but just left there. They need to clean up around the area.

They constantly leave stuff out of your order and accuse you of lying when you show them they did. The food is ALWAYS cold and soggy. There have been comments on appearance and honestly there’s nothing good about this McDonald’s. If I could give them no stars I would. Go to a different one. The one in Douglasville is leagues better. Go over the bridge. Seriously. Don’t waste your time or money here.
