  This Chipotle is cool and laid back. The food tastes like a typical Chipotle.

  Honestly don't have much to say. I came here 4/7/26 just to dine in for lunch after work & there was a roach crawling all over my food and table.. I alerted the workers and a young male came over and quickly killed and smushed it and just walked away nonchalantly. I then walked over to the counter and a young lady working apologized sincerely & I was given a full refund yet no remake on the order. I asked and was told by the manager Ms.Shelby that it's either a refund or a remake. So in the end I still left hungry.. probably for the better. Ms.Shelby was pretty nonchalant about the whole thing & didn't apologize or show any true sense of urgency for the situation. I also took video proof of it all and a picture of my reciept. I'm not the type of person to make someone lose their job or try to milk a situation for money I could careless, I just moreso care about the health and safety of other and I. This is highly unsanitary & I'm getting Georgia Health Department involved because this place clearly has an infestation that needs to be addressed badly. Id hate for me or someone to get sick but In the meantime, Id advise people not to eat here until further notice. They need to be payed a visit asap. PSA: I have a feeling this is a common occurrence or known issue by staff given by how calmed they all seemed & no one was disturbed or uncomfortable but me?
