- FWFelicia W1 day ago5.0This is by far my favorite of all times chik fil a. The staff is always super polite, attentive, and awesome sense of humor. They all know the menus well and they take care of you. I was around the building and I saw the young lady bring 3 cars their food including me. When the car at the window pulled off, 4 other cars kept rolling to the exit. I was car #4. They don't play around there. Plus it was busy. Keep doing what y'all do. I can head home from the east side or south side but I will wait until I get on this side to eat.
- RCRon Carter5 days ago1.0Usually don’t do reviews but for the 3rd time in a row at this chick fil a, they have gotten the order wrong, even though it is listed correctly on the receipt. This location is a must double check your items and confirm you are getting what you paid for. Tired of leaving there, getting to my destination, unwrapping the items and realizing they messed up once again. I have to remember to double check at this location, right in front of them 🤦🏽♂️.

I worked all night and needed the coffee to help me to sustain. I guess the cashier took it upon herself to give me what she thought I should have in my coffee which is 3 creams and 3 sugars and I asked for 5 creams and 6 sugars. Smh
- DDDavidApr 17, 20263.0This location is the closest to my job and we tend to make large orders a lot but this location always forgets items from our order anytime there is a order with more than five meals. I don’t understand why it’s so hard to just make sure everything that’s on the ticket is in the bag, but it really sucks when you spend a large amount of money just for all of your items not to be in the bag. people have timed lunch breaks so most of the time our associates have to go hungry when items are missing. I just wish this location did a little better when it comes to treating guests who have large tickets
