  So I just got off the phone with Elena or Alena please forgive me for butchering her name lol She was beyond amazing. There was a slight inconvenience with my order and when I say she went above and beyond to fix it her communication was great when I called back she didn’t even have to ask who I was she automatically knew she had my order confirmed Elena‘s in the right position. She needs to be in. Please give her a raise.

  The team at this Einstein is always help and quick. Bagels are fresh everyday. What cha waiting for go get a bagel.

  There’s truly no better place to grab breakfast than Einstein Bros Bagels in Lilburn. The staff is always welcoming and warm they make you feel like family the moment you walk in. You can tell they take time to get to know their repeat customers and even remember their orders, which makes the experience feel extra special. The store is always clean, the energy is happy and positive, and the food is absolutely delicious. If you haven’t tried it yet, you have to get the Nova Lox—it’s amazing. I always grab a small hot coffee for my hour drive to work, and a large caramel cold brew to power me through the morning. Once I get my family off to school, I already know where I’m headed—the best breakfast spot out here! ❤️🥯😊
