  Sandwiches and bagel were burnt. Ice coffee had a lot of ice when asked for less ice. It was like drinking iced water, barely any coffee taste.

  Ellos no me dejaron entrar al baño para que mi niño se lavara las manos, pero a una de su mismo Pais que es India si le dieron el codigo de la puerta, ami me dijeron que no estaban funcionando los baños. Pesimo trato.

  How does a NEW establishment manage to get a 2.5 google rating ?! Well today i found it . Pulled up to the drive through, i don’t mind waiting, but no one acknowledged me until a few minutes in. Then, the acknowledgement was “give me a sec” and proceeded to have me wait for another while. When the guy who sounded and acted like he just rolled out of bed finally takes the order, i pull up to the window only to have to wait for him to finish having another conversation. Anyway trash service being NEW is really crazy.

  Overall, this establishment is better than many of the reviews suggest. It can become quite busy, which may lead to slower service at times, but when staff are able to assist, the customer service is friendly, attentive, and apologetic. The drinks are consistently accurate and flavorful, rating about a 9/10, and the atmosphere is enjoyable. While occasional mistakes with food or drinks do occur, they are minor and understandable. At the end of the day, the experience remains positive and well worth a visit.

  Confirmed what is already happening and other reviews. This new store should be franchised to other people, it seems the often seen community taking these franchises in the area are affecting the brand and the quality; my observation from other similar experiences with this chain, same community, same lower level. Bad service, bad taste, quality and overall experience. Donuts served in the box were bitten and old, so they seem to recycle food to reduce waste. Don’t buy here. I regret buying here.
