  if i could give a 0 ⭐️ i would… i ask for a cocoa mocha signature iced latte and they gave me the new promo “cloud latte” i told her i didnt ask for that, and she said i did, and i repeat myself.. so she took the drink.. pour into other cup and just add the whipped cream on top and the cocoa… this tastes more like milk… never coming back!!..

  After working all night, I came to get something to eat. The meat is outside the sandwich, like it's some Hasbrowns. The hasbrowns are cold, and the sandwich is too. Complained about it, and the lady came to the front and put the meat in the sandwich. No one speaks any English in here…

  Sandwiches and bagel were burnt. Ice coffee had a lot of ice when asked for less ice. It was like drinking iced water, barely any coffee taste.
