- ASAbeba Seyoum1 day ago1.0I asked for decaf coffee because I have high blood pressure. A girl made me regular coffee and added hot water into it knowing I ordered Decaf. Terrible service. This happened multiple times.
- JNJudy N3 days ago4.0I usually have a good experience at this Dunkin’, and the drinks are consistently well-made. The location is very convenient for me which I appreciate. However, the food has been disappointing. I’ve ordered the chicken biscuit twice, and both times my order was wrong. One time they added bacon even though I didn’t ask for it and don’t eat pork, and the most recent time they forgot the chicken entirely and gave me just a biscuit with cheese.

My drinks keep showing up with a burnt, nasty taste, the add-ons I pay extra for are barely ever included, and this latest order was the final straw. The label clearly says “EXTRA,” not “ADD,” and the attached photo is the actual sandwich I paid EXTRA for — which makes it even more ridiculous. And honestly, it makes zero sense to charge extra for toppings that are already on a sandwich you literally sell. Just giving everyone a heads-up: this new location looks nice, but the quality and attention to detail are nowhere near acceptable.

I told them to make turkey sausage egg and cheese (white) croissant, they put yellow cheese instead and the turkey meat tasted cold. This is very bad, somebody needs to train the worker properly.
