  The family who owns this location is so nice. They always cook your food when you order. Their burgers and fries are so much better than McDonald’s.

  What a weird experience. No-one said a word or greeted me back. I told them I had a mobile order and one guy smiled at me without saying a word. 15 minutes went by with no communication and a girl put my order on the counter without saying anything. When I went to pick it up and said thank you, she just looked at me confused. I was the only customer inside too.

  I went to this location and ordered “two chocolate sundaes with brownies and nuts on top”. I understand that maybe the way I said that is not what they are accustomed to hearing, but they acted as if it was a foreign concept. I’ve ordered that same exact sundae from other DQ’s with no problem. The person at the drive-through, who by the way was super sweet, came back and said that her manager said that they couldn’t add the brownies to the sundae. Not that I couldn’t pay extra for it, but that it wasn’t an option. I don’t quite understand why not, nor was I given any other option. That was so offputting to me. I think I’ll go to the one that’s a little farther away next time.
