  How long has the food been sitting under a heating lamp? Curly fries hard as a rock. Fish sandwich was just as hard. No excuses for a restaurant to be this terrible. This is pretty much self explanatory. Food was terrible probably sitting under a heat lamp for way too long! Your food was an insult it was so hard. Stop being lazy and cook to order your food. Don’t try to kill somebody or break their tooth on your hard food!

  Nothing about this Arby's made me want to return nor did it become a recommendation for any future inquiries. Granted I did not have the pleasure of eating inside so be advised this is strictly from a drive thru prospective. I didnt have to wait really long but the atmosphere was that of one noone had tended to for its annual clean-up day yet for 2025(maybe they wait for the year to end first 🤷‍♂️

  Terrible experience every time I go. I have attempted to go to this location on multiple occasions to be turned away at the door. We have gone every time after the posted open hours (online as well as on the door) and were told they open at a later time which is clearly untrue. One time we were able to actually get inside there were roaches visibly running along the walls and baseboards. I have tried giving this location chances to change my opinion, however, customer service and quality business does not seem to be a priority here. Not to mention basic cleanliness. We have also tried contacting the manger with our concerns but are told he is coming in later or the next day. On multiple different days.
