  Food can’t be made in a timely manner because the staff is playing and joking around. To busy talking to there friends standing at the counter while your ordering. Just so unprofessional.

  I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience meant too much to my family not to share. My son is on the spectrum and lives with multiple diagnoses, key of which is his cystic fibrosis. He’s in and out of the hospital more often than any child should be, and most days, the world can feel overwhelming for him. Sometimes he tries to talk to people and gets shut down, and when that happens, he just goes quiet. Because of that, he tends to stay in the car or trail behind me whenever in public. As a parent, those moments stay with you. A few weeks ago, we stopped by Einstein's in Lilburn after visiting some family in the area and my son and I walked in to order, with him holding his Superman action figure behind me (who he always calls by his real name “Kal-El") He started asking questions as I was ordering, which he always does when he feels curious and Leah immediately met him with warmth and patience. She didn’t brush him off or give short answers, she fully engaged with him. She noticed his action figure right away, asked about it, and he told her its name. She didn’t just smile and move on, she remembered it. She told him she loved superheroes too and that she used to work at a comic shop, even shared that Spider-Man is her favorite. My son has been a DC Comics fan ever since he was a kid and loves any excuse to talk or even argue about it. That small moment turned into a real conversation where they went back and forth on their favorites, and it made him light up in a way I don’t often get to see. What stood out even more was how naturally she balanced everything. She was speaking with me, helping me decide our order, gave me time to call and ask my sister what changes she wanted on her bagel, all while still giving my son her full attention in a way that felt genuine, not forced or performative, just kind. I asked her how she was so good with him and she told me she had volunteered at a children’s cancer center in high school and had spent quite some time in hospitals herself. That's when it clicked that she wasn’t just being nice, she understood. Lastly, something I will never forget: when our order was ready, she called it out using the name of his action figure. I truly did not expect her to remember, let alone say it out loud, but she did. I can’t put into words the look on my son’s face when he heard it. Yesterday, my son came out of surgery and one of the first things he said was that he couldn’t wait to go back and tell Leah about a dream he had while he was under about Spider-Man and Superman. Weeks later, he has been and still continues to talk about her. Still remembering that day and still holding onto her kindness. As a parent, you hope your child will encounter people who treat them with patience and humanity, but it’s rare to see it happen so effortlessly and so sincerely, let alone by a stranger. Leah didn’t do this for praise and it didn’t feel like customer service, it felt like genuine care. The impact she made on my son is something no tip or thank-you could ever fully repay. If this is who she is naturally, I can only imagine how many people she touches every single day. The least I could do was give her the recognition she deserves and say thank you. You made my son feel seen in a way that I will never forget.

  Excellent bagels, ordered through the App and picked up at 700AM. Ordered ready on counter. Great assortment of bagels, all fresh and warm.

  So I just got off the phone with Elena or Alena please forgive me for butchering her name lol She was beyond amazing. There was a slight inconvenience with my order and when I say she went above and beyond to fix it her communication was great when I called back she didn’t even have to ask who I was she automatically knew she had my order confirmed Elena‘s in the right position. She needs to be in. Please give her a raise.
