There was a bit of a wait, which I completely understand, but when it was finally my turn to order, the employee assisting me was noticeably discourteous and unprofessional. Customer service is a big part of the experience when visiting any restaurant, and the interaction made the visit uncomfortable enough that it overshadowed the meal entirely. I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but this experience stood out because it was so different from what I would expect from a brand like Chipotle. Because of this interaction, I’ll likely be choosing other places to eat moving forward. I hope management takes customer service seriously and works to improve the experience for others. Added an image of the receipt just for validation of my visit.

They barely want to put rice in a bowl. Never go thru this problem at Jimmy Carter location or the other one on lawrenceville highway. They didn’t make me and my girl feel welcomed. Maybe cause we are the only black people dining in at the time.
