  Purchased a chicken sandwich for lunch. The bun was so soggy and wet. It was not good. I had to remove the bun and eat just the chicken. Never had that experience before. It was really not good and should be replaced at no charge.

  I don’t usually review fast food places when i go but this one deserves a little support from me. The food was fresh, tasty and hot and all the staff were very pleasant and polite. The bathroom was very clean and nice (one of the best among many chick fila that i visited) and overall hospitality is great. They offered a refill on my drink and even take care of disposing the trash. Going back to my car in the parking lot, one of the staff just said “Thank you” and that’s rare. This is a true definition of 5 stars experience. Will come back again!

  I am a regular every day. I always order the same thing typically, a frosted coffee and hash browns with two ketchup packets. Esly is one of my favorite workers there and the atmosphere is awesome. I’m an honest reviewer , but yesterday was the first day as well as today that I realized I cannot order online as “curbside” for just a beverage. I waited for my frosted beverage yesterday and no one came out . I walked in and asked where my order was and the tall guy (manager I think) said sometimes they don’t see “food with a beverage” and it makes it appear as if the order is not complete if you only order a beverage. He apologized and handed me a free chicken sandwich card (I don’t eat their chicken sandwiches though just hash browns and bacon eggs cheese biscuit). Today I went again and when I did I had to go inside again for my curbside order. I feel this needs to be corrected because not everyone orders breakfast. What if I just wanted to order a coffee or lemonade? Does that indicate I need to come in and order instead because I’m ordering a food item? If this is the case, then the app needs to indicate this before I order. I will go by there again tomorrow, if it happens again , I will just start goijg to the unfriendly chic fil a in downtown Decatur directly across from my apartment :(

  The food is great but today I received the worst customer service from several employees. I will not write a paragraph but I will be reaching out to corporate tomorrow.

  My last three (3) Saturday morning attempts to use this Chick is very disappointing. I have ordered curb side and each time I have had to go in to get my food. This Saturday I watch several employees pick up my order and put it down because apparently they did not want to walk outside or it wasn’t their job. Very frustrating. I’m a big CFA fan but this isn’t making it easy.
