  Wheeew what an experience. I was in GA celebrating my sisters BSN graduation and she lives fairly close to this restaurant. We ordered our food through the app and the women called us and said we needed to bring out ID and credit card with us. Which is no big deal. We said ok no problem even though she was rude with it. We then get to the store and the women is immediately nasty and rude to us. I'm still trying to be kind. Asking how is she doing all the things. She starts yelling at the guy who is behind the counter saying or that's them get there ID and credit card. The guy even looks confused and starts laughing because he too is trying to figure out what is going on because she kept yelling "GET THEIR ID AND CREDIT CARD" (It was as if , he had never seen her act this way) and she didn't ask this of any other customers that came in to pick up while we waited. She was being so rude to us I really just wanted to say never mind and please give me my money back. But from the way she was acting that would have created more of a problem. Eventually I finally got my food. Got it home and it wasn't even good. Can you say pissed off. I had to deal with the rude lady for nasty food. That's what I get. Idk what happened to southern hospitality, but you definitely won't get it there at this restaurant. I typically post and share food ideas because I work in aviation and travel to different food spots but this place disappointed me so bad I just wanted to put it behind me. I would never go there again. I'm going to try the other one and see if it's the business culture as a whole or just a bad apple of a location.

  Today,4/3/2026 my experience, I felt very DISRESPECTED! Crystal was very rude, argumentative and was loudly over talking me. She refused to finish preparing my food and told the guy to serve me. Saying she was “done with me.” He didn’t even try to intervene or calm the situation down. He actually looked intimidated. So he did exactly what she instructed him to do, SILENTLY. She spoke like she could do and say whatever she wanted and nothing could be done about it. I’m sure this is not the 1st, 2nd or 3rd complaint. This will only continue to get worse and decrease the morale of your business. I had just come from a doctor’s appointment and this was not the experience that I wanted to encounter. At the end of the day this was a very bad experience. Hopefully the owner will take care of the issue.

  I was quite disappointed to see that your restaurant has stopped selling pork because the owner has become a Muslim. Many non-Muslim customers have supported your business for years. Pork is a staple in the African American culture and it is not considered to be unclean. A large percentage of African Americans are Christian and our Bible states in Acts 10:9-15 and Mark 7: 17-19 that the foods that were considered unclean in the old testament were cleansed by an act of God. Is it fair to advertise as a Soul Food restaurant and remove a key item from your menu. You will definitely lose many customers'

  The food here is delicious! We all had veggie plates and everything was good. We placed our order on line. Delivery took a while but it was well worth the wait. Try this hidden gem in Lawrenceville.

  My first time walking in who's Got soul was awesome. My frist Time getting some good ( SOUL FOOD) I love it all everything was so fresh and Delicious 😋..and a very clean place to get your food from. I'm not from Atlanta lm from Kentucky.. l have been living here over 9year And Never heard of who's Got SOUL...But one Day I ask my Neighbor where would I go to get some real SOUL food!! And she Told me about..Who's Got SOUL..and l laugh 😃 l said that's the Name of it..She yes!!! I went there and l said Wow Wow..l Just started looking at all that good old SOUL.. FOOD Imade my order...everything was Delicious 😋 .Thanks the Service It was Awesome.. My Name is (DEE)..
