  Poor customer service and very rude they do not listen to the order carefully. They messed up my order completely and when I tried to explain them, one of the lady goes ahead and be like “oh I cannot do this today” so freaking disrespectful

  After waiting about 10 minutes, I was told it would be 3 more minutes just for an empanada. I would’ve just cancelled but I wasn’t given the opportunity. All the while the rest of the food was getting cold which equals soggy tacos. And then on top of that the empanada was hard and not really edible. I took one bite and threw it away.

  This is the third time we are trying to get food from this establishment. They don’t say why no one is getting food. We are just sitting in the take out line waiting…

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Taco Bell. Last night around 11:30 PM, I placed a mobile order for strictly vegetarian food: a Black Bean Chalupa and an Avocado Ranch Chicken Stacker without meat. I clearly ordered vegetarian options because I follow a strict vegetarian diet for religious reasons. When I got home and started eating, I realized both items had meat in them. It was already late at night, and I trusted that my mobile order would be prepared correctly. I did not expect that I would have to open and inspect every item to ensure it was actually vegetarian. Because of this mistake, I unintentionally consumed meat, which is extremely upsetting and intense for me due to my religious beliefs. This is not just a small customization error — for someone who follows a strict vegetarian diet, this is a serious matter. This shows a lack of attention to detail and care in handling customer dietary requirements. When someone orders vegetarian food, especially through a mobile app where the modifications are clearly listed, there should be no room for such errors. I hope Taco Bell takes this matter seriously, improves quality control, and ensures that dietary preferences are handled with greater responsibility in the future. Customers should be able to trust that their orders are prepared correctly. Very disappointed
