  Will never order from this location again!! Ordered online and went to pick up . I sat outside for 45 mins while the message kept saying they were working on my order. Finally walked inside and they said “oh we don’t bring curbside orders outside” food was just sitting there. I told them the food was cold and they said there was nothing they could do about it. Would give 0 stars I could

  I haven't eaten here in a couple years. Pappadeauxs used to be something special so I was excited to go but this time around it was pretty average. I ordered the fried crawfish. It comes with fries but for a ridiculous price, you can upgrade to another side. I thought that because I was already paying a hefty price for the meal, that the fries would be pretty good. They weren't. Average at best. Won't be spending my money here again.

  Jasmine was my server at the bar. I took my lady there for our 6th anniversary as it was her first time eating there. Besides me driving to papadeauxs it was jasmine who helped make it possible for my lady to enjoy the food and drinks and incredible service

  My co-worker and I arrived on this very Sunday afternoon and was added to the wait list at 2:40 pm. We were informed that the table was ready at 2:51 pm. Not bad at all. I ordered two meals, so I could take one home. The Chopped salad was lovely, with numerous ingredients and I selected fried chicken tenderloins as the protein of choice. I ordered the 4- piece catfish fillet with fries. Both were mostly flavorless. The fish had zero hints of seasoning, not even salt. The breading was lightly seasoned but the flavorless fish, took away from the breading. The fries weren't salted and as everyone knows, after they're cold, fries will not hold any type of seasoning. My co-worker had the Chicken Alfredo but the attempt to cook the noodles al dente, missed the mark and they were simply under-cooked and difficult to chew. Her garlic bread was toasted on one side and the other side was soft, raw bread and uncooked, which seems to be the consensus in Georgia. Her cup of coke seemed just a bit better than flat and my $6.95 cup of strawberry lemonade was poured over an entire glass of ice, so I suppose I got 5-6 ounces of fair lemonade. If we ever arrive at this location again, it will be salads only. Whoever is cooking, doesn't seem to appreciate the gift of good seasonings or has been ordered to withhold the seasoning. Our sweet little, forgetful waitress was as pleasant as possible. I gave her a great tip and hopefully, she won't have to split it with anyone.

  The food was fabulous! The service was another story. Appetizers and drinks came at an approximate amount of time. But it took the server 1 hour after being seated to take our order. And 45 after that to receive our main entrees. He never checked on us and we had to constantly call him for things like condiments, refills and to go boxes. For a party of 7 our entrees came 2 at a time. May come back on a weekday to see if it's any better.
