  told my partner to deal with his wrong order and charged him extra for a patty when he never asked for it and wouldn’t remake the order. the lady had a lot of attitude and we always have issues coming here.

  Fairly new location but has to be one of the absolute worst. I wonder is there even Management in this location. Asking for sauce seems to disturb the employees if your inside. Always check the food. If you order 10 nuggets might only be 4 in the box. Ordered a coffee 2 hash browns they handed me a coffee forgot my hash browns then told me to pull up and never came to give me my hash browns something or a whole meal is always missing so I now drive to sugarloaf location even though this is 5 min aways from me At This point Mcdonalds owes me SMH

  I reported this store to corporate because I didn’t receive items I paid for and the ones I did pay I did not receive correctly. Corporate told me to take the email in and they will replace my food I came in had to wait for them to call the manager and she refused to replace my order only gave me one burger I will be going on TikTok to reveal how I was tried! I have 1.6 million followers so I will get the message out !

  This place just opened a couple of months ago so I gave them a chance to get into a regular rhythm because my order was always wrong or something missing and the worst is that the sandwiches and burgers ( breakfast and a lunch ) are very dry because they don’t add enough sauce. This has been the only McDonald’s I have experienced this with the dry food. I believe enough time has passed for them to get it right but they haven’t. The are loosing customers due to this since my family members and neighbors I have talked to think the same and we drive a bit farther to get McDonald’s that actually tastes like McDonald’s. Them saving a few cents on the sauces is making them loose hundreds with lost customers
