  I ordered the KPOP demon hunters meal and they left out the seasoning for the fries. I basically didn’t even get the exclusive aspect of the meal and paid the exclusive price. I have called corporate and I’m waiting on my refund.

  I ordered and they brought my food with some missing items and them when i ask they said they have none of it,if i want another thing after waiting for more that 7 minutes

  Staff needs to be more attentive. To be specific, dont just put food on. The counter, yell out the number and walk away. The customer may need something, like a drink carrier. Also, think ahead. If you have an order with 5 - 6 drinks, they are probably going to need a drink caddy. Being thoughtful and delivering good customer service is sooo easy. It takes so little effort but can make a huge impression.

  This place is weird i will drive an extra 10-15 minutes away to another McDonald’s because this mcdonald’s environment and hospitality is terrible they always giving weird looks and the hispanic grandma always just staring at me and my friends just weird.. worst mcdonald’s ever.
