  Mal servicio me colocaron mucha mayonesa y solo la pedí con poca y no me colocaron queso y me lo dieron con mala gana.. Bad service they put a lot of mayonnaise on me and I only asked for it with little and they didn't put cheese on me and they gave it to me reluctantly

  I walked in at around 10am on 2/12/26 and everyone greeted me. The lady’s up front were really sweet and nice. They made sure my order was correct. I will be coming back more

  The store manager, Leonor is horrible! After an interaction with her last week, where it took 5 tries to get a well done, scrambled egg, this morning, 2/7/26, I placed an order for 2 egg and cheese bagels with the eggs well done. One employee made the egg perfectly, while another employee gave me runny slop. I requested they remake the egg. Jonathan, another slouch of a manager there, brings the new and much improved egg to me, but had a message from Leonor that I pretty much needed to take what they give me and stop complaining. Well, that was stupid. I have a lengthy background in the food industry - from a college degree, working in the industry doing "grunt" jobs, owning a catering company, and now involved in policy and consulting. I was having none of Jonathan or Leonor's ignorance. I have always asked for and received scrambled, well done eggs - which is an option on the register, so why now? This McDonald's is abysmal, as no one in management is ever fired or reprimanded, although, there are several customer complaints, and little visitors named roaches on occasion. All the management, including the district manager are friends, so complaining to corporate or whoever is absolutely useless. The owners are absentee, and could care less. They have some great employees, but they are overshadowed by extremely poor management who need to go! Starting with Leonor.
