Entenmanns loaf cake from Walmart expiration
Golden pound cake from Kroger no expiration date bad batch
I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience at this Kroger location.
While I was using a motorized cart due to a legitimate ankle injury, a male employee—who I later learned is a supervisor—made a degrading and body-shaming comment toward me. I am a young customer, and being spoken to in that way made me feel humiliated, targeted, and unsafe.
When I confronted him with my parent present, he denied what he said and refused to repeat it, despite clearly apologizing—showing he knew his behavior was wrong.
This is not just poor customer service—this is harassment. It is especially concerning that someone in a supervisory role felt comfortable speaking to a young girl in this manner.
We filed a report in-store and have contacted corporate. I expect this situation to be taken seriously, and for appropriate action to be taken to ensure no other customer is treated this way.
No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to shop—especially when dealing with an injury. The employee name was Edward.

I love this Kroger. We did have a capit experience with a young woman with long braids. She have us such an attitude. But because we've never experienced that before, we decided to let it go. All in all a lovely Kroger.
🙏🏼It is expected that a gym will be included in this new building.
The store manager here is extremely unprofessional. On 2/4/26, I was checking out with a young lady who was seated while scanning my items. It was obvious she was injured or had some difficulty, but apparently that wasn’t a concern for the store. I asked her if it was someone that could help her bag, and she said no, so I had to bag a full cart of groceries myself. I then went to customer service to request a manager. The young lady there called for one, and he told her to ask her what was it I needed? When he arrived, he hurried past me with his finger raised, telling me to “wait” like I was a child while I was trying to greet him. Since when do customers get put on hold? Especially in such a rude manner! The young lady at customer service pointed me out to him, signaling that I was the one who wanted to speak with him. He approached without asking how he could help, just waiting for me to explain. I told him the young lady was hurt and that it was unacceptable that no one was helping her. I had to bag my own groceries, and with 15 employees stocking shelves, someone should have assisted her. Instead, he turned to the customer service staff and said, “bag assist on lane… that’s all you had to do was ask her what she wanted,” implying the call for help was unnecessary. The way he spoke to both employees and me was appalling. Some of us people of color, get into positions and forget where we come from. Kroger needs to do better at ensuring their leadership reflects respect and dignity for all.
