    I entered the establishment to place an order and was extremely disappointed by the level of customer service provided. The employee who rang us up, identified as Michelle, behaved in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. She raised her voice while speaking to us, then proceeded to aggressively place our food on the counter rather than delivering it to our table—despite providing table service to another group that arrived with us. Additionally, she was openly discussing us on her phone while still on the clock, which was both inappropriate and unacceptable. This conduct demonstrated a clear lack of professionalism and created a hostile and uncomfortable environment for a group of teenagers. Overall, this was a deeply negative experience that reflects poorly on the establishment.

    They were so nice here ,they made sure to check that everything was in the bag .and Michelle was very nice and made me feel comfortable ,she made sure I know abt deals and more love this place

    I screwed up making an order online. I just asked them nicely to redo the wings. She had to speak to her manager but he ultimately took care of me and kept me satisfied. 10/10 experience. Of course the food was fresh and hot, as always great. Thanks again.

    I ordered 30 original hot wings, 2 sides of fries, 1 side of corn, and a large ranch online for my family. When I arrived, they only handed me one bag. When I got home and counted my food, I only had 20 wings. I called the store four times before anyone answered, and the employee who finally picked up was extremely rude and dismissive. She insisted that my missing wings were part of an Uber order with my name on it and even claimed the bag was there labeled with my name and “hot pepper.” I clearly explained that I ordered 30 original hot wings online, and that they had simply forgotten to give me the second bag, but she continued to argue with me. By that time, I was already on my way back to the store. Once there, a young employee continued the same rude behavior and acted as if I was arguing over nothing. They even asked me to “bring the wings back” so they could count them — even though I never received the second bag. Thankfully, I had taken photos showing only 20 wings, and the receipt sticker on the bag clearly said “1/2,” proving there was supposed to be another bag. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they treated me like I was the problem and even called me rude for simply asking for the food I paid for. I am pregnant, and the situation escalated to the point where another employee had to step in to calm her down. This was extremely uncomfortable and unnecessary. The only person who showed any professionalism was a gentleman in the kitchen who took the time towards the end to apologize while the others stood there glaring at me. Mistakes happen but poor attitude, lack of accountability, and disrespect toward customers is unacceptable. This experience completely ruined dinner for my family, and I will not be returning to this location.
