I had to wait over 20mins to receive my order. I ordered a simple combo. By the time I received my order there were 4 other cars waiting to receive there order. It makes no sense that we had to wait so long for “fast food “.There were multiple employees and nobody in line. Super inconvenient and the worst part about it is that the food wasn’t even fresh.

I was there to see the manager, waited a while looked around, noticed it was pretty clean and the rating was at 100. Heard that they had recently failed inspections and had a light put under their butts to get it together. Second time I went in was at night. Needed to see the manager again. All African American crew, different colored shirts, no hats, playing in the back yelling and screaming. Looked at me, no greeting, waited several minutes so I had time to look around. The lobby was a wreck, a cup with lemons and condensation that had been there a while clearly, a pool of water on the floor in the kitchen area, 2 customers dining in, 1 lady obviously working on her lap top. Manager comes strolling from the back sipping on a beverage yells for whoever is suppose to be at register and says somebody will be right with you...still no greeting. I said I need a manager, she puts her beverage down and says she's the manager. No name tag no managerial skills at all. Couldn't answer my question said that it was for GM and she would be in on Monday. Both of my daughters have worked here and the unprofessionalism I have heard about these managers and the GM is ridiculous. One girl quit first day because a manager made her cry. The GM barely ever there and stealing ppl hours. Crew members not counting their own drawers at start of shift, then blamed for shortages. Drive through members not friendly AT ALL. This Wendy's gets a big thumbs down, and I'm sure I'm not the first to say it.
