As an avid "4 for 4" connessour, I was disturbingly surprised that when ordering on the app and picking up at this location, it's $5 for the meal. Why is it even called a 4 for 4 when it costs 5 bucks???? Other locations nearby have the correct pricing displayed. Other than that, the food and service was great.

It was beyond disappointing. I went for a drive thru mobile order and when I gave my name to the worker, they told me that they had already given my order out. I was beyond confused, so I tried to ask them if there was anyway I could get a receipt, since the app wasn’t allowing me to refund it because the order was already marked as processed.
I even showed them the receipt on the app with my name and the time of the order, but the manager stepped in and was very blunt about the fact that my order was gone. That they couldn’t give me a receipt or remake it. I left a complaint on the app, and hopefully things get resolved. Overall, the service was below expectations, and no one was helpful. It truly felt like they just wanted us gone.

I was very disappointed with my experience at this location. The service was below expectations, and the individual who appeared to be the manager spoke to both customers and employees in a rude and unprofessional manner. I could hear his comments through the headset, which made the experience extremely uncomfortable. This type of behavior reflects poorly on the establishment, and I hope it is addressed promptly.

1. They close whenever they feel like it. I just stopped by on a Friday night it's 11:30pm they decided to go ahead and close even though hours are til 12am
2. Salads are old. Nothing is fresh at this location I always make it a point to go to the Wendy's on Pleasant Hill instead
3. They ALWAYS take your order and tell you to go park at the the pick up spots, therefore taking longer to get our food. These young kids working at this location are rude and don't care for customer service
