The woman at the front asked for my name as usual and told me they were working on it, so I waited at the counter. After 25 minutes with no food, I politely asked for an update. Her response was noticeably snarky. When I asked a second time, she rolled her eyes, and her coworker behind the counter laughed and said something under his breath. At that point, I canceled my order because I was genuinely appalled by the attitude and lack of care. I also asked why my mobile order was taking significantly longer, and she told me that customers in the line were “priority.” I don’t understand why people who walked in after me were prioritized over someone who placed an order ahead of time—my time is just as valuable. This is not the type of customer service that should be acceptable anywhere, even at a fast-food restaurant.

More than twice I've been handed a freeze where the outside is sticky and soaked. Service is slow. 6pm, something like 5 employees just hanging out. Kinda weird. Now that the Decades Menu is gone, no reason to go here. better to go to Del Taco down the street. This place sucks.
