My home is 2 miles away and yet it still takes almost 2 hours for delivery. Staff is rude and make smart comments over the phone but when you show up in person they change completely. I’ll order from another store or Papa John’s from here on out.

He opened the box and the cheese is burnt so I asked to speak to the manager. He keep cooking. He don't even come and address the issue, as if I wasn't even there. Poor customer service so my business with them is no more. I left the pizza right where they had it on the counter because I told them my son has autism. He will not eat the cheese if it's burnt, but do you think he cared about that? No, he did not.

I called in to place an order and was put on a brief hold, so I ended up ordering online but Shawn came back on the phone with very bright energy ready to confirm my order and even called me when it was ready so I wasn’t left guessing. When I arrived, he was super kind, helpful, and made the whole experience so pleasant. Honestly, I’m surprised to see any negative reviews because this location does not disappoint. My pizza came out hot, fresh, and made to perfection. Thank you for the excellent service! 🍕👏
